Okay, here’s the deal. When we first saw this bike, it stopped us in our tracks and we knew we had to have it. It was sleek, beautiful and brand new — so different from the bikes out there that are very rugged and manly looking. This is a road bike designed for women, by women, from the ground up. Of course this appealed to us, but that’s not enough to make any purchase decision. We need to test ride it (which we did) and see how well it rides (you’re going to love this part).
The new Orbea Gain D40 2022 is the most popular model in the range. It comes with a robust and light frameset, Shimano’s reliable 11-speed transmission, and powerful hydraulic disc brakes. This sporty e-bike will be fun and comfortable to ride as you cover more ground than ever before.
I’ll give the Orbea Gain D40 2022 4.5 out of 5 stars. This rating is based on design, performance, and quality. The bike has a nice design I love the paint and it rides smooth. All-around performance: The Gain is designed to hit the road in all conditions, with a dialed integrated cockpit featuring a dedicated two-way mini screen and separate high-def screen.
