Product Description

Ready for racing, this STI shifter features a dual control lever for double cranksets and allows you to enjoy fast and smooth gear changes. Coming equipped with an effortless electronic push button shifting mechanism, this model gives you flawless and fluent shifts on the toughest of rides. Shimano has also equipped this version with an adjustable lever reach. This means that you can fine-tune the distance from your handlebar to the lever, so that it perfectly matches your hand size, riding preferences and the terrain conditions. Technologies: Di2 Technology: Shimano Ultegra 6770 series with Di2 technology consists of Dual Control Levers, electronically operated front and rear derailleurs, a battery and electric cables. The electric cables include only two core wires (DURA ACE Di2 has four) and the connectors are smaller too with a diameter of 5.1mm (-3.7mm compared to DURA ACE Di2). Easy plug and play system to connect the cables, Connection with PC for diagnosis and changing the shifting order. SEIS: The SEIS (Shimano Electronic Intelligence System) is based on the Shimano Index System (SIS) that has proved its superior gear changing characteristics over the years. The big difference is that in this case, the shifting action is provided for by electronics instead of mechanics. Ergonomic STI levers knows just how much control they have over all components. With Di2 technology, shifting is even easier and more precise - just a light touch, as soft as a mouse click, is sufficient for the front or rear derailleur to instantaneously select the correct gear. Shimano riders will be used to them immediately since all the buttons are in the same place as on regular levers. The distance between the lever and the handlebar is adjustable. This makes it extremely easy to brake and shift even for riders with smaller hands.
